IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT HE IS ALREADY 9!!!!! IT MADE ME WANT TO CRY TO THINK ABOUT HIM GRWOING TO AN ADULT. I KNOW YOU'LL CHERISH EVERY MOMENT

Okay, so that first paragraph had me in tears. Maybe it was your sweet, sentimental words--and/or maybe it is the fact that you just made me realize where I am with my little girl! She'll be turning 9 in just 28 days. I never thought about the fact that her
"childhood" is halfway over! Wow, I better get BUSY! There were tons of things that I wanted her to remember from her childhood that we haven't even started to do yet! Eeeek!
Anyway, furthermore, Mason is certainly a one-of-a-kind amazing little boy that is no doubt going to make an impact on this world. He already is...but just imagine when he gets older and has more say-so!
Your 9 random facts was fun and I have to admit, he and Brooklyn have a LOT of differences.
The only veggie she likes is green beans.
She won't drink milk to save her life.
She's SO NOT interested in sports.
She hates anything with even a hint of minty flavor (including toothpaste!)
And hands down, she hates math and struggles with it every single step of the way.
But then...they do say "Opposites Attract"! haha
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MASON!
(Ps. I hope he gets Brooklyn's card in the mail. It got returned to us for additional postage but we re-mailed it that very day. But when you get it and you see how she wrote your address..you'll see why I "HOPE" you actually get it! :o)

Hope you had a great 9th birthday. Where has the last nine years gone? We love you Mason.

Tammy and I often talk about when the kids get older and I know it comes off that I'm blowing her off, but that's the furthest thing from the truth. I just hate to think about that. I love our lives and don't what things to ever change. I think when I get to heaven it will look a lot like it does in my house every night. Of course Mason is a huge part of that happiness. You would be hard pressed to find a father who is more proud of his son. He is a slob, he doesn't listen, and he's a dope sometimes. He's also kind-hearted, a hard worker, sweet to his mother, and loves football almost as much as I do. Tammy calls him mini-chris. Oh well, he has time to out grow that. I hope the world finds out what I already know. I love you Mason, and I hope you had a great birthday.
